Bleu Bohème
Bleu Bohème gives an Adams Avenue evening a clear opening scene: arrive at 5 PM, catch the one-hour Heure Sociale, and decide how far into dinner you want to go. The current social-hour menu lists $16.95 small plates, $7.50 fries, $8.95 house wine, $12.95 pichets, and $9.95 champagne cocktails. The July dinner menu gets more dramatic with escargots in garlic, shallots, herbs, and Pernod; a pound and a half of Mediterranean mussels with fries in six preparations; duck confit over goat-cheese polenta; and petite filet mignons with three sauce choices. Dinner runs Tuesday through Saturday, later on Friday and Saturday. Bring the friend who loves ordering across a menu, share boldly, then let the historic neighborhood streets become the second half of the night.
