If a fact changed, tell us.
We would rather be right than defensive. Readers, businesses, public agencies, and community organizations are all welcome to flag factual errors with direct evidence. Most confirmed corrections ship in the next update cycle; anything involving safety jumps the queue.
Include enough evidence to verify it.
Send the article URL, the specific statement that appears wrong, what changed, and a direct official page, menu, schedule, listing, notice, or other reliable source when available.
Use “Correction” and the article title in the subject line.
- 01 — VERIFY
We check the report against direct current evidence and the exact business, venue, route, or event involved.
- 02 — CORRECT
Confirmed factual errors are fixed. A ranking changes only when the correction materially changes the evidence or score.
- 03 — DATE HONESTLY
Meaningful corrections update the article’s modified and verification dates. Cosmetic edits do not create artificial freshness.
