Universal Tickets come in packs of 10, 16, and 30, do not expire, and work on rides or attractions, so your group can decide how much park it wants without buying an entire day upfront. If everyone is ready to go all in, the $64.95 Ride & Play wristband covers unlimited rides and attractions plus 2 zipline turns; Wednesdays bring the wristband down to $34. Four free public guest lots keep the arrival simple, as long as you remember they are not for overnight parking. The day stays loose, the ticket pack stays usable, and Mission Beach keeps going when everyone is ready to step away from the attractions.

The offers sound exciting because the return is built in; the smart part is deciding whether your real calendar agrees. Name the second date before buying the first. If nobody can, choose the single visit and spend the rest of the San Diego trip somewhere new.

LEGOLAND ran 10 AM to 7 PM on July 30 and 10 AM to 8 PM on July 31, with its water park closing at 5:30 PM on both dates. Belmont published 11 AM to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11 AM to 11 PM Friday and Saturday through July 2026. SeaWorld's calendar showed 9 AM to 10 PM on August 2 and explicitly says hours vary by day and season. Those dates are context, never a same-day comparison. Open all 3 calendars for the actual visit, then work backward from each closing time. The right park is the one whose real hours fit the energy your group can happily give it.
